The EFEPA’s Community Wellness Series is back, and this time our focus is on physical fitness! Join us for two evening classes to help get our bodies (and minds!) in shape this summer.
On Wednesday, July 6th, from 6:30-7:30pm EST, we’ll focus on At-Home Exercise with instructor Rachel Davis, and on Wednesday, July 20th, from 6:30-7:30pm EST, our class will feature Yoga with instructor Justine Bacon!
